My wife’s “account has been disabled or discontinued [#102].”

After a day of sending out the following message to NY & US Radio and TV Networks & Stations, NY & US Newspapers, the US House of Represenatives & US Senate, emails to my wife’s email account supermom_10_4@yahoo.com can no longer be delivered because yahoo.com’s qmail-send program states “This account has been disabled or discontinued [#102].” The message that was sent out today was:

Subject: Our Right to Petition is being outlawed!!!

Message: Ever since the government filed the 6700 action (case 1:07-cv-0352) against Robert L. Schulz, and We The People Foundation For Constitutional Education & We The People Congress, our very ability to act in accordance with the framers of our US Constitution and Bill of Rights is on the line now that the Government is trying to label Constitutional Right of Petition with its “Capstone Right" nothing but tax fraud.

But I can not help but wonder what the response to the court’s questions (of “how do you know you are right” and/or “what makes you think you are right”) would be if it were simply stated that “because our Capstone Right is expressed in an official Act passed unanimously by the Continental Congress in 1774 (the same Congress that adopted the Declaration of Independence), in which the Founders said:

and it is therefore the natural Right of Men over their servant governments, which is further guaranteed by the First Amendment: ‘Congress shall make no law ... abridging ... the Right of the People … to Petition the Government for a Redress of Grievances.’"

By this, I mean, these people (clerks and judges) in the court rooms are required to read a lot of reference statements to the Capstone Right, but I can not help but wonder what would happen if they were forced to read, or even listen to, the one sentence statement outlining the Capstone Right, followed by the guarantee of the First Amendment against government ever being able to outlaw that Right.

Also, if people from the media were to present with this one-liner, I think even the most non-legal minded members of the public following the press-media, people who had never come across the subject before could grasp the concept in an instance. I say this because we can be assured that the public is not being offered this basic truth within the context of public education, and now the lower District Court has even banned We The People Foundation For Constitutional Education from teaching it.
